into thin air.

yay!

i haven’t run in a while. i took a break because the foot was really starting to bother me. in fact i began to wonder if i was toast for good.

but thank god it was not to be. what i really needed to do was just strengthen it through some serious walking. so three miles every day with the dogs and the foor has really started to feel like normal.

so new month and a different country i decided what the heck. what a gorgeous run too. i haven’t run in such a nice setting since the 16 miler that ended my training for nyc when megan and i were in victoria.

mountains, pines, fresh air. the only problem is that it was thin air. but i survived.
